Prospective residents may choose between a Traditional Entrance Fee or a 50% Refundable Entrance Fee, depending on personal preferences and financial goals.

Schedule a visit with a marketing representative to learn about The Terraces, explore residence styles, and review current availability.
Step 2
Select Your Residence
Make a specific selection of a Terrace Residence by style and building location.
Step 3
Make a Reservation Deposit
Reserve your selected Terrace Residence with a $1,000 Reservation Deposit.
Step 4
Complete Your Application
Our team will provide assistance as you fill out Application Forms for approval.
Step 5
Make Your 10% Deposit
Make a 10% Deposit (Less the $1,000 Deposit) of the Entrance Fee.
Step 6
Personalize Your Residence
Residents who reserve early will have the opportunity to select interior finishes this spring/summer.
Step 7
Pay Your Balance
The 90% Balance of the Entrance Fee is due just prior to move in.

Who is eligible to live at The Foothills Retirement Community?
Residents must be 62 years of age or older and meet the community’s financial qualification requirements. Applicants complete an application form that includes personal, financial, and health information. Our team reviews each application to ensure a successful long-term fit for both the resident and the community.
Is there a medical or health review required to move in?
Yes. As part of the application process, residents provide basic health information to support thoughtful planning for Independent Living.
What styles of residences will be available in The Terraces?
Seven floor plans will be offered, ranging from 1,351 sq. ft. to 2,111 sq. ft., including 1-Bedroom / 1.5-Bath, 2-Bedroom / 2-Bath, and 2-Bedroom / 2-Bath + Den options. All include a sunroom, patio or balcony, and full appliance package, with opportunities for customization.
Can I personalize my new residence?
Yes. Early reservation holders may select cabinetry, countertops, flooring, wall colors, and other finishes to personalize their home.
Do the residences come furnished?
Residences come equipped with appliances, but residents furnish their homes with their own furniture.
