A Modern Collection of

Terrace-style residences

The Terraces offer seven spacious floor plans ranging from 1,351 sq. ft. to 2,111 sq. ft., including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom-plus-den options. Every home features a bright sunroom with large windows, full appliance package, and maintenance-free living. The Jocassee, Keowee, and Lanier buildings will include under-building parking, while the Issaqueena building, offers convenient access to the main campus.

Early reservation holders may personalize their residence with selections for cabinetry, countertops, flooring, wall colors, and more—creating a home that reflects their unique style. The first building is expected to open Summer 2027, with the remaining buildings expected to follow in early to mid-2028.

Spacious Residences

Each residence has been thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, functionality, and connection to the outdoors. Open layouts provide flexibility for entertaining or quiet everyday living, while generous storage and well-proportioned living spaces support an easy, right-sized lifestyle.

At The Terraces, residents enjoy the freedom of maintenance-free living combined with the ability to make their home their own. Furnish and decorate to match your personal style, knowing that upkeep, landscaping, and building maintenance are all handled by the Foothills team so you can focus on living well.
