Connections

Life at Foothills is rooted in warmth, connection, and a true sense of belonging. The Terraces will build upon this culture with thoughtfully designed residences that encourage interaction and shared experiences among neighbors. Walking trails and sidewalks throughout the community invite residents to enjoy nature’s scenic beauty, while just minutes away, the charming downtown of Easley offers a welcoming small-town atmosphere with historic character, local specialty shops, and diverse dining options. For even more to explore, the city of Greenville is only 20 minutes away, featuring a vibrant, walkable downtown, a celebrated food scene, and popular attractions such as the Peace Center and the Swamp Rabbit Trail.

Confidence for tomorrow:

A Continuum of Service

The Service Continuum at Foothills provides peace of mind through a full range of living and care options, including independent living, assisted living, memory support, and healthcare and rehabilitation services—all on one connected campus. This approach allows residents to age with confidence, knowing future support and assistance are available if ever needed.

The Foothills Retirement Community

The Foothills Retirement Community is one of six senior living communities owned and managed by Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), a faith-based, nonprofit 50l(c)(3) organization with a long-standing commitment to serving older adults across the state. PCSC opened its first community in Summerville in 1958, and for more than six decades has remained dedicated to creating environments that support purpose, connection, and peace of mind.

Located on 68 beautifully landscaped acres adjacent to Easley, South Carolina, Foothills is a Life Plan Community offering an enriching, maintenance-free lifestyle. A professional, resident-focused staff handles home upkeep, landscaping, and maintenance-allowing residents the freedom to focus on what matters most.
